Inversion Designs will provide 99.9% monthly uptime for
the calendar software. This does not include routine upgrades and
maintenance to software. Upgrades will occur nightly (CST time) and last
on average no more than 5 minutes.
Service outages caused by customer misuse of the system
are not covered. Offending customers will be charged a “System Downtime”
fee if they are found to be the cause of any serious system downtime.
Customers will be notified by their primary account email
of any significant scheduled system downtimes.
Aurora Calendar software has been written with security
in mind. All access to primary software systems requires password access
and appropriate clearance for the user.
Inversion Designs constantly upgrades Aurora Calendar and
closes any security holes as they arrive.
Any accounts that have had a security violation will be
notified of the violation as well as what data was compromised, if known.
Inversion Designs will attempt to restore any data lost
due to security problems at no cost to the Account Owner.
The Account Owner is responsible for ensuring that all
users on the account have been given appropriate permission levels for
that account. Any power that has been mistakenly given to a user by the
Account Owner that the user exercises is not considered a security
violation and is not the responsibility of Inversion Designs. Inversion
Designs will attempt to restore any data that has been lost or corrupted
by the user, at a cost of at least $50 to the Account Owner, per incident.
Security violations of appropriate size will be reported
to the presiding law enforcement agencies.
Training and Consultation is provided by Inversion
Designs for the Account Owner to educate on best practices to help reduce
account misuse and security. Training and Consultation is provided at a cost
of at least $50 per hour unless otherwise agreed to by Inversion Designs.
Tracking and Reporting
Serious runtime errors are emailed immediately to
Inversion Designs staff for review. These errors will be fixed in order
of importance and receipt.
Inversion Designs provides a bot that periodically checks
for downtime in the system.
Estimated page load time is reported at the bottom of every page in
Aurora Calendar is designed to load each page in under 1
second. Inversion Designs does not guarantee these load times, they are
only a metric. If load times become too slow for use, the Account Owner
is responsible for requesting a review of the account to help decrease
downtime. If Inversion Designs agrees that the load times are too slow,
then it will attempt to lower load times in any way that it reasonably
Inversion Designs may offer rebates or special deals to
the Account Owner if the performance of Aurora Calendar does not fit the
criteria in this document.
Inversion Designs will update the software roughly once a

Aurora Calendar software. Inversion Designs makes no claims, either

Inversion Designs retains all copyrights to Aurora
The Account Owner is the owner of all data entered into
they system by the Account Owner or other users of the Account. The
Account Owner gives Inversion Designs permission to view and edit this
data at the Owner’s request.
Inversion Designs is the owner of all data entered into
the system during and for Account setup or maintenance.
Intellectual Property Indemnification
Inversion Designs will not indemnify Account Owner for
claims that Inversion Designs services utilized by the customer infringe
upon the intellectual property rights of others
Indemnification by Customer
The Account Owner will indemnify Inversion Designs for
third-party claims against Inversion Designs as a result of Account

The status of a task can be changed (with or without comment) on the view task page. It is no longer necessary to edit a task to change it's status. To change the status on the view task page, click the "change" link in the information box where the current status is displayed.
All usernames now display as a link that brings a popup menu with various options including: view user's profile, email user, and sms user (according to availability).
User Profile page has been created. Users can view and update their profile by clicking the "My Profile" link in the sprocket menu.

Users that have been invited to an event and are an attendee are now granted temporary read access to that calendar for that event only.
